Our founder, Greca Redwood-Jones, is an Italian mother who lives in the UK with her family.

Not surprisingly, she has a passion for Italian food!

She decided, to create memorable notes

of the most loved classical recipes, primarily 

for her family in order to keep the tradition alive,

but also for young people in general

to start learning how to prepare

excellent Italian dishes.

​She believes that cooking should be fun

and a way to create community and happiness.
